Amy Rondinelli
A graduate of John Carrol University, Amy has a business background and began her career in
the corporate world as an Executive Retail Buyer for Dillard’s in Cleveland, Ohio in 1993.
After a successful career as a Buyer, she left the professional world temporarily to begin a
family with her husband George.
She and her husband currently reside in Canfield, Ohio with their two boys, Samuel and Louis. Amy enjoys activities such as yoga, spinning, weight training, and traveling. Amy is an active member of the following professional organizations: BNI Business Networking International, WIFS Women inFinancial Services, YBPW Youngstown Business and Professional Women's Club, and Wellness Integrated Network.

Andrea Trgovcich, Founder
The Wellness Integrated Network is a result of Andrea’s vision to provide consumers an
everyday tool to help manage their health and wellness. She graduated from Youngstown State
University with a Bachelor of Science in Community Health Education. Towards the end of her
education she interned at St. Elizabeth’s hospital in their Wellness Department.
Andrea has 19 years experience working in community, school, hospital, and corporate wellness. Prior to WIN, Andrea consulted and managed wellness programs from design to deployment for corporations. She is a past board member of the American Cancer Society and past owner-operator of Nature's Essentials, a company that specialized in private labeling of nutraceutical products. Andrea is the visionary of the company and has brought together an experienced team of advisors and senior management to achieve her vision.
